Freshpet strives to source from suppliers who partner with us and align with our values. Those who believe in our mission and want to help achieve our goals in providing high quality product for our pets. A team comprised of R&D, QA, and Procurement examines and approves every supplier within Freshpet. Each ingredient is scrutinized for organoleptic properties, proximate analysis, vitamin and mineral profiles, and microbiological safety. In addition, we also look for consistent ingredient traceability and sustainability. We work closely with a limited number of reputable suppliers who understand Freshpet's high quality standards.
